First We Feast and Care of Chan team up to bring over 20 Long Beach and Los Angeles vendors to ComplexCon’s fifth edition. From November 06 to 07, 2021, ComplexCon comes back to the namesake Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center. The First We Feast Lagoon at the event will offer attendees the opportunity to have food items at ComplexCon. The culinary creations at the event come from iconic and established restaurants as well as emerging and innovative chefs.
ComplexCon is a premier music, art, cultural and retail experience. When experiencing it, fans can also explore the latest food vendors and restaurants that are cult favorites. The weekend attractions include the following.
- First We Feast’s web series Hot Ones offers the first taste of the so-called Hot Ones Boneless Chicken Bites in the world. That product will be available in some Walmart locations across the US from November 08, 2021. Fans can stream the show live with tastings of that chicken product, with Hot Ones official sauces to boot.

- There will be a special, chef George Motz-prepared menu item in the Burger Scholar Sessions of First We Feast.
- The Brooklyn-based restaurant Sweet Chick will unveil its new footwear collaboration with the famous shoe brand Clarks. ComplexCon will have attendees looking to shop till they drop, while devouring a plateful of chicken with waffles as their side dishes.
- The Sesame Dinette restaurant works with TikTok food star and Chef Tway Nguyen to have a special menu, available only on the weekend.
- The vegan-friendly fast-food location Beleaf Burgers brings in a plant-based collaboration with Houston rap musician Bun B’s restaurant Trill Burger. Bun B will also be on the location to serve fresh, vegan-friendly burgers.
- The Filipino restaurant Petite Peso in Downtown Los Angeles that opened at the start of the epidemic, will serve fried chicken, spaghetti, and more.
- The other vendors include Milk Bar, All Flavor No Grease, C4 Energy, Pocari Sweat, Kuya Lord, Perilla LA, Fat Sal’s, Bridgetown Roti, Little Coyote, Broad Street Oyster Company, Sesame Dinette, Fluffy’s Sno-Balls, Coffee Manufactory and Bridgetown Roti.
Just before the event, Clarks Originals and Sweet Chick will debut a food truck wrapped in waffles throughout LA that will offer waffle cone ice cream as well as an opportunity to ComplexCon tickets and collectibles. A chicken-style kitchen timer, a knife used to spread butter, a waffle maker, and a Wafflebee candle are all in The Wafflebee Collection.
The truck wrapped in waffles will make stops in the following locations before ComplexCon.

- Bodega in Downtown Los Angeles

In view of the tricky year that the US restaurant sector has had because of the coronavirus epidemic, ComplexCon has removed the fees required for US restaurants to take part in that event. People’s admission into the location also requires negative PCR lab testing, negative antigen testing or negative proof of coronavirus vaccine administration.
