Broadening the Cheese Array and Unveiling a Carry-Out Menu
The imminent move signifies not just an expansion in square footage but also an enrichment of its already vast cheese repertoire, which currently boasts over 600 unique varieties. For the first time, the store will introduce a carry-out menu, featuring a curated selection of sandwiches, salads, and side dishes, thereby amplifying the gastronomic journey beyond just cheese.

In addition, the new premises will feature a dedicated section for Domenico’s Foods, the Italian gourmet food brand helmed by Dominick DiBartolomeo, the store’s current owner. Originating within the cozy walls of The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, DiBartolomeo first launched his brand with homemade sun-dried tomatoes. The architectural layout of the expansion has been masterfully executed by renowned architect Nicolò Bini.
