DineLA Restaurant Week came back from April 01, 2022, for its springtime event. The event over 15 days during spring supports 200 restaurant owners and cooks from Los Angeles. The chefs and restaurateurs will offer specially-priced dinner and lunch for just $15 or more. Some of the new restaurants in the event this year are Yangban Society, LOAM, and Fanny’s from Los Angeles.
ShoresLAX will also participate in the event this year with a three-course meal, including fig crostini alongside burrata, olive oil, and micro arugula. Then there is a Pacific Coast chopped salad option with smoked bacon, black kale, Manchego cheese, brussels sprouts, almonds, citrus-basil vinaigrette, and crispy shallots. Mushroom gnocchi is the option for vegetarians with three forms of mushrooms, pecorino, asparagus, and edamame.
The inspirations for chefs Emillio Cuyuch and Raphael Lunetta’s menu ‘Taste of Lunetta’ in 2022 are as follows.
- Alaskan halibut for dinner
- Loin of lamb grilled on wood with spring pea risotto or Provencal ratatouille for dinner
- The signature chopped salad of the chefs for lunch
- Mahi mahi filet with bone grilled on wood for lunch
Gourmet cheese grilled sandwiches and heirloom tomato soup are among the starter options for lunch. On the other hand, baby beet salad, mushroom cappuccino, pepper-crusted steaks of ahi tuna, and duck confit are starter options for dinner. Sticky toffee pudding is among the dessert options for dinner.
Lunetta has long been taking part in the event; to acknowledge the occasion, every Dine LA guest will get a voucher for free sticky pudding the next time they visit as a token of gratitude for appearing. Lunch costs $35 for each individual, and dinner costs $30 more than it per head.
The lone barbecue restaurant that takes part in the event is Maple Block Meat Co, whose lunch menu has its smokehouse sandwich products, including the following.
- The sandwich menu includes chopped brisket and chopped pork sandwich pieces on a challah roll
- The smoked turkey club alongside bacon and free-range turkey breast smoked on-site
- Pimento cheese sandwich made in house
Every single sandwich has a side dish of choices such as creamy slaw, potato salad, vinegar slaw, braised greens, Mac and cheese, or ranch beans. Up to $15 is the price of that alongside any non-alcoholic beverage of choice.
Dinner options are centered on meat products, including pork shoulder, free-range chicken smoked on wood, free-range turkey breast, and sliced brisket. Up to $25 is the price of two meat pieces of choice with two side dishes of choice, alongside one smoked chocolate chip cookie.
Little Llama Peruvian Tacos will have a taco fest, including homemade mango salsa and blue corn tortilla chips, two of its Peruvian tacos of choice, and cilantro rice on the side.
