What Happens When Chain And Tea Returns To The Biltmore For A Stabby Meal?

Together with actor B.J. Novak, chef Tim Hollingsworth is putting a modern twist on a beloved fast food item. Chain and Paramount worked together to make The Stabby Meal, which comes out on February 24 and was made to promote the upcoming Scream VI movie.

By creating homages to childhood favorites in deserted alleys, Hollingsworth and Novak founded Chain during the pandemic. With a 10,000-person waitlist, it quickly became a local phenomenon. The Stabby Meal consists of Chain’s Throwback Fries, Woodsboro Orchards’ Warm Apple Pie, named after Woodsboro, and Chain’s Extremely Medium Sized Bone Marrow Chain Burger. A Bloody Buck Knife 120, Jenna Ortega, Melissa Barerra, and a NYC Subway to Blackmore University collectible pin are also included.

To commemorate the end of Black History Month, Oak Park Brewing Co. and People’s Beer will release a limited-edition, alcohol-free beer honoring Ray Charles in collaboration with The Ray Charles Foundation.  It will be offered for a brief period of time at Fixins Soul Kitchen, the full-service soul food establishment owned by NBA star and 55th Mayor of Sacramento Kevin Johnson that honors African American culture and traditions.
